A Note to Users Outside of the United States
Our Site and Services are not directed to children and children are not eligible to use our Services. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. In keeping with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the law that protects children’s online privacy, we limit the collection of Personal Information from children under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect or maintain Personal Information from people we actually know are under 18 years of age, and no part of our Site or Services is designed to attract people under 18 years of age. If we learn that a user is under 18 years of age, we will take steps to remove that user’s Personal Information from our databases and to prevent the user from utilizing the Site and the Services. If you believe that we might have any Personal Information from a child under 18, please contact us through Givinga at email@example.com.

For any donation for which you do not request anonymity, IBF will disclose your name and email address to the applicable charity. You acknowledge that IBF has no control over, or responsibility for, such charity’s use of such information.
